The "Dependance" of the Hotel Plaza

Our "Dependance" is located 400 meters from the Hotel Plaza:

Equipped with 3 rooms with balconies (2 facing the sea and 1 rear view) located on the second floor of a building, without a lift, at the entrance to the town of Porto Azzurro right in front of the sandy beach "la Rossa".

These rooms have the same comforts as the standard rooms of the Hotel Plaza: air conditioning and heating adjustable by the customer, free WIFI connection, 50 "SMART TV, king Size relaxation mattress with 34 cm high, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, minibar, safe-deposit box.

The "Dependance" was built in May 2022 and benefits from all the main services of the Hotel Plaza such as:

Breakfast at the restaurant of the Hotel Plaza at 400 meters;
Possible dinner at the restaurant of the Hotel Plaza at 400 meters;
Parking guaranteed at the Hotel Plaza at 400 meters;
use of the small panoramic outdoor swimming pool at the Hotel Plaza at 400 meters;
use the wellness center at the Hotel Plaza at 400 meters (for a fee);
use of the summer shuttle to the beach of Lido di Capoliveri departing from the Hotel Plaza at 400 meters;

The "Dependance" is connected to the Plaza hotel via a panoramic pedestrian path with a staircase as shown in the photo where the location is also highlighted. Alternatively with the state road, highlighted in yellow on the photo (not equipped with sidewalk). Between the "Dependance" and the Hotel Plaza there is a difference in height of about 50 meters.
