In the historic center of Porto Azzurro, 300 meters from the Hotel Plaza "Casa Belvedere", it enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the marina.

The 140 sqm house has a large living room with 55 inch TV, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms each with TV, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with sea view.

"Casa Belvedere" is rented as if it were a room in our Hotel Plaza with daily cleaning, breakfast and dinner at the Hotel Plaza restaurant, reachable by a 300-meter pedestrian path

All the services of the Plaza Hotel are included: guaranteed parking, access to the wellness center and the outdoor swimming pool, shuttle to the beach of Lido di Capoliveri where we also have an agreement with a bathing establishment.

The kitchen is neither equipped nor usable
