Apartments Podere Campo al Pero

Our apartments of the "Podere Campo al Pero" are situated in a quiet location overlooking the sea just 5 km from Porto Azzurro.

The farm is immersed in the scents of the countryside Elba and placed on natural terraces: includes an olive grove, a vineyard and numerous fruit trees. The estate covers about 1.5 hectares, is fully fenced and is accessed by an electric gate.

Far from worldliness and confusion, is the ideal place for those seeking contact with nature and want to discover a part of the Island of Elba quiet and relaxing, yet little known by the general tourism still be just a few minutes drive from the famous resorts such as Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio Capoliveri. The nearest beaches are: Ortano, Royal Barbarossa all about 4 km of road.

The apartments, new construction, will be opened in June 2014, and are furnished in a country style.

They have separate entrance, sea views, wi-fi, television, connecting with Sky TV (satellite dish and decoder), bathroom with shower, parking space and are equipped with an outdoor patio area with table and chairs.

4-BEDROOM SLEEPS: (about 40 sq. m): living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom.

THREE-6/8 SLEEPS: (about 55 sq.m.): living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom + bunk bed and 2nd bathroom with shower.

Weekly prices

(A week from Sunday to Sunday) inclusive of electricity / water / gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, wi-fi internet, final cleaning.
